Goal Tablet is a Brain Fitness Coach product. The order and question forms ask an adult for a name, email, sport, and age group. An order also asks for a tablet quantity. Please do not enter a child’s name, email, health information, or other private details.

We use form information to answer questions, confirm an order, and arrange an invoice and delivery. The form does not take payment. We do not collect individual athlete performance data through these forms.

The site records basic visit and button activity, referral information, and random browser and session identifiers to understand which pages and links are useful. A browser identifier is stored locally for return visits. Application and activity records are stored with the site’s hosting service. Only the site owner’s signed-in account can open the internal request dashboard and export its list.

For a copy of your submitted information, a correction, or a deletion request, email devincollins1@gmail.com. We use the email address you provide to respond. This notice describes the current website; it will be updated if the order or data practices change.
